NACMO Awards

Your NACMO membership entitles you and your horses to earn points towards not only National and State Annual High Point awards, but a whole host of additional awards as well. The chart below details the certificates awarded at different point levels for both riders and horses, as well as additional awards at different point levels.

Your rider points accumulate for your lifetime; a horse's points follow the horse regardless of owner.

National and State High Point Team and Male/Female Individual Rider awards are based on the point totals for your 5 best rides. If tied, the top finishers are ranked according to the number of competitors in those rides that you competed against.

Eligibility
To be eligible for the awards listed above, an individual or team must be members in good standing, and must ride a minimum of five rides. Placing is determined by the top five rides; a tie breaker is determined by the total number of competitors participating in the top five rides. If an individual is a member of the annual high point team, they are not eligible for individual rider awards. Also subject to state bylaws.
