Where: Deam Lake State Recreation Area 1217 Deam Lake Road Borden, IN 47106. Deam Lake offers access to more than 100 miles of trails in the adjacent Clark State Forest.
CMO Fees: $12 per rider per day, Non-members pay $5.00 additional per day for insurance, CHILDREN under 18 years old $6 per day. Note that this is a fundraising event to help with rebuilding equestrian trails damaged by recent storms.
Park Fees: day use fee $9 for non-Indiana residents ($7 for Hoosiers) Indiana requires riders to have bridle tags which are $20 per horse for the year or $5 per horse for the day.
Camping: 68 sites in the horsemenâ??s campground plus cabins available for rent. Choose between sites with stalls for your horses or sites with hitching posts on site. All sites include electrical hookup, picnic table, fire ring and parking spur. Modern restrooms and showers are available. Dogs are welcome but must be on
